Tiana is a thoughtful, and forward thinking woman who centers creativity, and community driven solutions in everything she does. With over 10 years of professional experience in the fields of education, libraries, and professional development, Tiana brings an expertise in group facilitation, learning experience design, and intercultural collaboration to the team at In Sisterhood We Brunch.

She is an award winning educator in her work with the Minnesota Urban Debate League, and successfully led work to integrate culturally informed wellness programs during her time as Saint Paul Public Libraries inaugural Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism Coordinator. Most recently, she has managed the launch of a regional leadership development program for Black Professionals in collaboration with the Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity.

Tiana is also a multimedia artist, and looks forward to leveraging her love of art, learning, and collaboration to help create beautiful, thought-provoking, community spaces for BIPOC women, businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

When she's not working, you can find Tiana curled up listening to audiobooks, forest bathing, and crocheting very cute hats that her cat Bubblegum hates and sadly refuses to wear.
