ISWB has been listening to our sisters that have attended our brunches over the years, we heard you.
This year has pushed, elevated, worked, and rewarded you. We know!
That’s why we’re switching it up a bit.
This time, we want to just give you some time to share space with one another and dive in - flowers first!
Come ready to enjoy a new space, learn something new, actually engage and meet members of ISWB, and enjoy fabulous food. (And of course - yes there will be headshots and mimosas!)
Minnesota continues to be a place where we celebrate firsts all too often! Women are slowly, but surely leaving their mark on so many sectors! Are you one of the few women in your field? Are you the first CEO, COO, CFO, Manager, Director, etc. in your workplace? Have you often wanted to hear how many other women are doing the dang thang and taking over their field/sector? How they are finding their voice in this culture and space? Well - this event is for you!
ISWB is kicking of the year with a lot of new! A new team - new vendors to showcase, and hosting at a new venue as this venue is BIPOC owned! We will have a large selection of delicious food, brunch inspired cocktails, and good vibes! Headshots will also be available again from 11a - 12 noon! They are free and included in the ticket sales.
In Sisterhood, We Brunch is a BIPOC, woman and community led initiative to unite and bring together BIPOC women across sectors to build sisterhood and connection that leads to increased social and political capital for BIPOC women. In addition, this is an initiative that creates space for healing, joy, and uplifting BIPOC owned businesses, women entrepreneurs, and professionals.
100% of the tickets sales and proceeds will go towards the costs of hosting the event and paying our lovely venues and vendors. All sales are final and no refunds will be available. In Sisterhood, We Brunch is a fiscally sponsored organization. All donations can go to Nexus Community Partners, a 501c3 tax exempt organization, - checks and visa donations should specifically state "for In Sisterhood, We Brunch."
