Brittany is a licensed esthetician of over 10 years and a licensed esthetics instructor with a strong foundation in beauty, wellness, and entrepreneurship. As a former business owner in the aesthetics industry, she has hands-on experience building, managing, and serving women within her community, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both entrepreneurship and personal care.
Since then, Brittany has expanded her work into lifestyle and wellness through her brand, L’AVARA, where she focuses on creating soft, elevated experiences for women navigating full and evolving lives. She is also the voice behind The Becoming Era podcast, where she shares honest, real-life conversations around growth, motherhood, healing, and self-worth.
As Director of Network Engagement for In Sisterhood We Brunch, Brittany is passionate about building authentic connections and creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her children, prioritizing her wellness, and continuing her own journey of becoming.
